WHAT IS AN END OF TENANCY CLEAN?

When you move out from a rented property your required to have the property professionally cleaned by professional cleaners, this will enable you to get your deposit back from the deposit protection scheme.

 

DO YOU CLEAN OVEN?

With our standard end of tenancy cleaning where kitchen is included, oven cleaning is also included, so yes, we do perform a deep clean in the oven.

 

DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?

We do require a small deposit to book our cleaning service, this will guarantee your clean with no issues leaving you with peace of mind. We will arrive as agreed at the pre arranged time.

 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

If you cancel the booking giving us 24-hour notice, then there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel the job within 24 hours then there is 25% cancellation fee.

 

HOW LONG DOES END OF TENANCY CLEANING TAKE?

It really depends on the size of the property and the condition of the property, based on our average time taken per job last year is 4.5 hours, however some property can take the whole day if it’s a larger property or detailed/ extensive cleaning is required, but one thing we can guarantee is that no property will take more than a day.

 

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY AVAILABILITY LIKE?

We are quite flexible when it comes to booking at short notice, giving us enough notice is always good, however we can still do short notice and same day cleaning and we do prefer few days’ notice.

 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN COSTS?

Once your given a price by our company it’s the final price, unless there are additional areas which has not been mentioned in the booking confirmation.

 

IS CARPET CLEANING INCLUDED?
WE QUOTE WITHOUT carpet cleaning and offer a "spot clean" for stains included in this with a hoover with a strong commercial style hoover more powerful than a standard domestic cleaner.  You have the option to choose professional carpet cleaning which we quote for separately. The professional carpet cleaning includes deep clean of the carpets using a professional carpet cleaner.

 

DO I GET A RECEIPT ON COMPLETION OF THE CLEANING?

You will always get a receipt/invoice upon the job completion, once the job is completed and payment is made you will get an automated email with the receipt attached.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?

In case of a damage to anything in the property caused by our cleaners, we are insured to cover the damage.

 

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS?

You don’t need to be present during the clean, we just need access to the property and someone to come back and check the property before we leave. However, if you prefer to stay in the property while we clean it then your more than welcome to do that..
